안녕하세요.
How have you been?
Hope you have great moment. :)
We've noticed that some of our customers experience errors at checkout.
Most of the errors are generated by paypal to prevent fraud.
Error 1. State/province
- some countries need state/province but some doesn't.
However we strongly recommend you to fill out state/province if you experienced any error at checkout process.
You could input city name.
If it does not work, we may need to delete your existing account info and request you to create new one.
Error 2. Invalid Token
- this error occurs when customer tries several checkout in a short period of time.
In this case, please come back in about 30 min and proceed checkout again.
It occurs to prevent any fraud.
If you faced error again even if you came back after 30 min, restart/reopen web browser may help.
Using another device(laptop, mobile phone, or tablet) would help too.
Error 3. When the place of placing order does not match billing&shipping address
- sometimes customers place order when they are not in the country where they wish to received the order.
In this case, we need to manually edit shipping&billing address.
Please contact us in this case.
Error 4. User does not have a good funding source with which to pay..
(Not enough balance on credit card/paypal)
- This means that the customer does not have the sufficient funds in their Paypal account to complete the purchase.
The customer would need to consult Paypal and double check that their Credit Card and Paypal balance.
- Or if there are cookies left by PayPal on your PC that might force you to pay using PayPal account.
Also, if the Debit Card is associated with the PayPal account this error might be generated
Possible reasons for payment failure include:
Often when you receive an error message saying your payment could not be complete it is because your card issuer has denied the payment.
The only information that we receive is that your card provider has declined the use of this card with PayPal.
Here are some common reasons why a card issuer would decline a payment:
There could be a limit on your credit card that has been exceeded.
It's possible that the card issuer could be temporarily unavailable to answer the authorisation request we sent.
Your credit card company could be blocking this transaction for security reasons as it doesn't fit your regular spending patterns.
We'd encourage you to contact your credit card issuer and speak to someone who deals with online transactions to find out why this payment was denied. The general customer service at your bank may not be able to provide specific information on why a transaction was denied. You will need to contact the department in charge of online payments to obtain this information.
You may be able to complete this payment after you have spoken to your card issuer and resolved the issue. Alternatively you can add another credit card to your PayPal account.
** If you still cannot process payment after editing, please try at other internet browser or device.
Example.
1. Close your current internet browser(explore) and open another one like firefox or chrome.
2. Try to checkout at your mobile phone or ipad/laptop/tap......, etc.
We do apologize on any inconvenience that occurs while you were shopping with us.
Thanks for visiting us and please contact us if you had any problem.
감사합니다.
