Hope you all having good moments in 2016 too.
We have received several emails regarding delay of shipment.
Due to high demand on shipments inbound/outbound globally, it seems to be delayed.
We provide tracking number on every order.
Tracking number can be found at Order details page.
Please contact to your regional office with the tracking number you have given.
This way would be fastest way to find out where your order is.
We could file the case for delay after a month from dispatching day for airmail.
So please send us an email if you haven't received your order within a month.
Some countries such as Russia and Brazil takes up to 2 months to get parcels.
PLUS...
Some countries provide shipping status but some do not.
This is not a mandatory so Korean post office cannot force them to provide it.
USPS and Canada Post office used to provide shipping status but they no longer provide it.
Please send us an email if your order does not arrive within a month from dispatching date.
We could file the case to the Korean post office after a month from dispatching date.
To get a report from Korean post office, it may take up to 2 months and it varies by region.
We do apologize that we cannot directly support our customers regarding shipment.
