Hi,
We offer tracking service on every order from our store.
However some of the countries do not offer tracking status on shipments(tracking number starts with RR).
Canada and the United States used to offer tracking status but they no longer provide it.
If you haven't received your order in a month from dispatching date, please send us an email with your order & tracking number.
We would file the case for "delayed delivery" to Korean post office.
