You can never go wrong with TTMIK books. I like how the book includes both literal translation and actual meaning in English. The pictures are on point and great help learning the expressions, but the best part of the book is two sample dialogues. I recommend this book to both the beginners and advanced learners.

TTMIK is an incredible company, and naturally the composition of this book is efficient, well set up, and easy to get through.
(But be warned, the illustrastions in here are sometimes quite graphic and grotesque, so it was very distracting for me. I can watch violence in movies or stories, but it was very out of place to have it in my textbook...Read More

No matter how fluent you are in Korean, this book is a great tool to learn idiomatic expressions. It is very well explained via definition, dialogues and pictures which makes it easier to remember the expressions !
